On August 27, 2024, our cloud service provider detected a technical anomaly on one of our datastore.

Impact on Customers:

Users may encounter the following issues:

• Slow response times for hosted applications.
• Intermittent errors when attempting to write data to the disk.
• Partial downtimes for services relying on intensive write operations.

Action Taken:

• switched form master to slave datastore node.
