Maintenance Generic Upgrade Packages of VM provisionner

On August 19, 2024, our cloud service provider will conduct a planned maintenance operation on the Virtual Machine manager of our infrastructure. This maintenance aimed to improve the performance and reliability of the systems.

Impact on Clients:

During the maintenance window, some client environments may experience slowdowns and temporary interruptions in there Phoenix environnments. Specifically, users may encounter the following issues:

• Slow response times for hosted applications.
• Intermittent errors when attempting to write data to the disk.
• Partial downtimes for services relying on intensive write operations.
