All the environments are back to normal.

The host machine got back by itself with a non-zero uptime => it was certainly a network issue.
Some connection to databases were broken and were not directly monitored as such => they have been manually restored. This was due to a static configuration of the disk of a VM which has been made dynamical in order not to come again.
Initial message:
Our cloud provider has lost one of our host machine, which make some of the VM to migrate (automatically) to another host.
Some disruption may have occurred on some of the customer environments.
